Unhappy Serious ignition problems

I have been working on my TII swap for months now. The main things have been ready ages ago. I installed a S5 and used a Wolf 3D V3.1 ecu to control it.
Ever since I tried to cranck the engine, I keep having ignition problems. I do not seem to get any spark on the leading plugs, and only one trailing seems to work.
The ECU has a self-control function (leds) and tells me everything is working fine from it's point of view. I can't see what I did wrong, and swapped the coils (FC coilpacks) to see if I might have been using a bad set (you never know)
This didn't make any difference.
If the ECU really does give outputs, I can't see what's wrong. One idea I had would be to use first gen igniters, driving a direct fire system. But I have no idea if I can use these igniters, as they don't normally use a ECU signal.
Swapping the whole system to a distributor is no option, as I need the CAS to tell the ECU where the engine is and at what RPM.
After going through all possible options I'm stuck. Any help would be greatly appriciated. I did try to post in the Wolf section, but didn't get much further, only that others didn't have any problems...
Since we have some ignition guru's here I'm hoping to get a bit further in the first gen section.

A little more description of what your set up consists of would help. Are you using the complete ignition system from a TurboII??? Are you sure your coils are grounded well???
I have run into that problem in the past myself. I mounted the coils but they weren't in good contact with the chassis. It drove me crazy for 2 months. I changed out 3 sets of coils and thought my car was hopeless. A buddy came over one evening and suggested I check for proper grounds. It started up 20 minutes later when we were done sanding paint for a proper ground.

I'm using a set of TII coilpacks (leading and trailing) which are controlled by the Wolf ECU. The wolf gets it's signals from a modified TII CAS.
I have been adding ground wires already, as I suspected this might be a problem. I might try with heavier/better grounding, but it seems unlikely.

Can you tell me what mods you've performed on the CAS?

I agree... maybe you have the leads for the ignition backwards or something.

I've done that already: all wiring is ok, and the Wolf is ok aswell. It has been tested for failures in the few components that would influence the ignition outputs without showing in the self-diagnose leds of the Wolf (just a few resistors).

Jeff: to use the CAS with the wolf, the "theeth" have to be modified. The upper ones can be removed, the lower ones are grinded off all but 6. Four are at 90° spacing to eachother. The two others are 180° apart.
There's a pic of someone elses CAS here:
https://www.rx7club.com/wolf-3d-125/wolf-crank-angle-sensor-343053/
Mind you, the upper one is not needed. The 180° theeth aren't very visible in the pic here, as they are hidden under that upper wheel, which is removed on mine.

Oh, and BTW, I just noted I haven't yet mentioned I have one trailing coil firing???
