Sending unit gas leak.... :(

Ok, I just put a new tank in and I know for a fact that the sending unit leaks gas when I take right turns........ I put a cork gasket in there with six philip screws holding the unit in....... has anyone had this problem and how do you fix it? Am I just not able to tighten the screws enough since they're philips? WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?! Thanks guys!

Did you perhaps over tighten the gasket or maybe the gasket is not fuel resistant or too thick of a material?

I tried a gasket before that one and it was thinner and it leaked too. It can't be over tightened......... I'm thinking maybe just JB welding it!
