Selling my 84 need help

I have a 100% stock 68000 mile 84 gsl rx7 that Iam tring to sell.It is in really good condition never raced never wrecked no rust everything works.

Would anyone give me a good asking price for a vehicle like this?I have it listed in craigslist for 4000 but no one has even asked any questions about it.Do I have it priced to high?

It sounds like it is in the ball park, IMO. Did the add say FIRM or ' I don't reaalyy wanna sell it so if price is too high, STF'. Those are downers that turn prospective buyers away.
And Craigslist is more of a regional scope isn't it? I would give it 30 days of exposure.

Yes. The problem is there are many Gen 1s around for less than $1,000 which kids are buying for a first car. At the other end of the market are the experts who plan to strip the car and go TII so they looking for a rust free car, preferably a GSL-SE with a stronger rear end. The market for stock good condition cars like yours is fairly limited. Thus, may be $3000 is a price which will sell it.

Another option is to try to sell it on e-bay. You may get the perfect buyer willing to pay $4,000, as a good RX-7 is what she has always dreamed about.

No the price does not say Firm everything is nego.I know I really should try the autotrader in my area.Iam not sure about ebay but I guess its also worth a try.

I understand about there being alot of 1st gens out there that are cheap I was just hoping to find someone that wanted a really good stock unmolested low mileage car.I guess that person is out there somewhere I just need to give it more time. Thanks for your input on this subject.
