I'd say for the whole shebang, all new seals and etc. around 1500.....but it depends on what engine, 12a, 13b, 13bt....And it also depends on the condition of the irons, rotor housings, and the rotors.

I had an engine that was siezed because the car was left to sit in one spot for five years. I unsiezed it without even taking it out of the car. Cost to me : $5. Read the "decarbonizing a rotary" thead in the archive.
If it is siezed because of another reason it could require a full rebuild. Rebuild kits run about a thousand dollars if you do the work yourself.

I rebuilt a motor that was run out of oil. The bearings were shot and the rotor crashed against the rotor housing. Surprisingly, it needed only new bearings and a full rebuild. Rotor housings, rotors, end gears and e-shaft were in great shape. $2000 would be my guess for a rebuild with new bearings.

so IMHO I think you got lucky with only the bearings, and seals.
