Is it possible to chrome out the exterior door handles on an 84?

Also considering to make the top into a true removable targa top by using the convertible kit made by airbagit.com. Anyone ever use this kit?

Want to remove the body trim as well as i think it looks a bit tacky, and also try to lighten the car up by replacing the hood and sun roof with something lighter and maybe add the cp racing projector lights.

Sure, you can have a shop chrome them. Zinc can be plated.

Got a link to the kit?

I dont like the trim either. I think its cleaner looking without it.
