Once the brake system is exposed to air, all of it needs bled. If the pistons/wheel cylinders were sticking/stuck before you started, don't expect them to be freed up after 1 cycle of unsticking them. Since the brakes are a critical operating component, it pays to err on the side of caution and rebuild them instead of hoping they work when needed.
