Secondary throttle butterflys wont open

Has anyone else had this problem before? specifically on a 1980

Check For vac leaks on you manifold and carb, and try cleaning the carb could be gummed up.

how long has it been sitting?

the vacuum diaphragm on the carb is probably worn out. I would recommend tying together the linkages to convert to manual secondaries. It's a lot easier than it sounds. here's a link https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showpo...6&postcount=11
