In search of Front Windshield Wiper Motor,
That's the washer motor, but RA does seem to have a wiper motor listing just below it: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/mazda... Unfortunately it looks like a reman service, and I have no experience through RA to say how well they handle that.
Used motors may be a reasonable alternative - looks like they're NLA from most places. I'd post a wtb in the classifieds once you've reached whatever the post limit is now (probably 10?).
Mazda may also still have some available if you can provide them with the part number. You should be able to find in the fsm (foxed.ca is a good resource for manuals).
On the other hand, the wiper motor is actually a pretty simple thing to take apart and service. If you have one and it's dead, that could also be worth a shot - I did that with mine and it's working quite well. Lots of options.

Just in case, make sure it IS the motor that is your prob. Seized transmissions (the rod assy attached to the motor) do seize up! Make sure all the pivot joints are healthy. These are supported by nylon connectors. There is a Forum member here who sells the nylon replacement fittings for about $30. These are not sold by Mazda (you have to buy a whole new transmission/rod assy). These should be inspected and lubed periodically...
