Seafoam on apex seals?
I'm going to take the exhaust manifold off for a RB header so I'm wondering if giving the apex seals a squirt with sea foam do any good, or harm for that matter.
Your literly going to "squirt" the seafoam? Its a carbon eater, has a hell of a etherlike smell, and might actualy disolve eventually. You can try it, but I dont think it'll stay there. Your best be would be some Marvel Mystery Oil. Easily found at walmarts and alot of other parts stores.

How about "liberally douse"?
I was planning to let the apex seals soak in conjunction with adding the seafoam into the crankcase, fuel tank, and combustion chambers. Unfortunately we can't get MMO in Canada

See my post in this thread. I've already done something similar to what your asking.
