SE wiring... turn signal wont work...
hey guys, what wires are for the drivers side front turn signal on an 85 se? im having trouble with it...relays working and everything. back flashes fast, front not at all....replaced the bulb...running light doesnt work either. Its such a mess of wires i cant figgure it out. so, what wired run the turn signal? ive got black red and green coming out of the bulb, but what do they go to? i think im going to just splice in a few new wires till it works...any help is appreciated.

I know that they unplug. They (for some unknown reason) use about 2 feet of wiring to disconnect them. Maybe a wire went bad, hopefully its after the plug. Then you could just replace that whole thing. If it is before, you may just need to rewire that whole side as you were saying. I cant remember where the wires go, I just know that they hook up to the rest of the wiring harness. Who knows after that. I hope this helps, probably not though. if not, free bump lol.

I could look in my manual later for colors and such... But I would expect the problem is near the light itself and should be easy to find... Have you cleaned the socket well?
