San Bernardino Rotary Mechanics

Does anyone know a good mechanic in or near San Bernardino, California? A good friend of mine looked over my engine and explained why the car takes so long to get to 60 m.p.h.

He noticed that when I floor the accelerator that the carburator didn't open. He claims that the problem was probably due to vacuum lines and possibly the "secondary diaphragm" (I think!)

Anyway, he said to find a mechanic who knew what he was doing with rotary engines, so I'm coming here for help.
