For Sale '85
I'm in the San Antonio area and want to sell my '85 RX-7 with 233K miles on everything but the engine. Engine is a rebuilt with 15-20K miles on it. Repainted last year original color. Tends to run hot in hot weather. Radiator repair/replace should fix that. Make offer.

Pictures? Price? Trim? Color? Modded? Stock? Motor rebuilt by whom? Engine size?
I am not interested in buying it, but someone who is might want to know a little more about your car.

Which Bennigans Restaurant?
The color is tarnished silver (I think that is what Mazda called it in '85).
She doesn't look half bad for an old lady, but her beauty queen days are over.
She runs well but you won't win any races.
This is a basic sporty little car for someone who wants basic transportation, or else it is a good starting point for someone who wants to get into upgrading her.
As I said she has a rebuilt engine with about 20K miles on it. All four tires have about 10K on them. The A/C compressor is rebuilt, works well, and also has about 10K miles on it. There is some gear whine at higher road speeds, I presume it is normal wear and tear. I changed the tranny and differential fluid last year. The paint is about 1 year old. I think the radiator needs cleaning because the engine temperature runs normal until the outside air gets over 90 degrees. Then the engine temperature goes up in proportion to the outside air.
