I've searched for days now, is there a detailed write-up somewhere on how to swap correctly?

At this point, i'm looking for a stiffer than stock setup. It's difficult finding dampeners for a '79.

its all just unbolt and bolt back in really. if you are just looking 4 a stiffer ride why not talk to billy at RESPEED and get a coil over kit from him. that way you don't have 2 get new wheels etc as well
