SA engine into FB

I have an SA that is slowly but surely giving way to the elements (fire wall is starting and inner fender underneath the battery box, rocker panels with a little rot, and bottom of doors) - it isn't bad but... I also have an FB shell (GSL) that has everything but an engine, wiring, and interior.

Compression is strong in both rotors, I think 9.0 and 9.0 or numbers approaching that.

The engine from the SA has had the rats next removed and is begging for a side-draft carb, header, etc.

I can't imagine that the swap would be all that hard.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcome, and anyone in the NoVa area who would like to lend a hand would be compensated by beer, money, and any other tribute you'd like (I have a bunch of spare parts laying around), heck, even the SA shell / trans / etc after the swap would be completed.

This is just a matter of removing the engine from the Sa and installing it in the FB.
