s5 JDM TII in fb pass CA smog?!?

Does anyone know what parts from a s5 U.S TII do i need to swap onto the s5 JDM TII so that i can pass smog? .. i asked "steve84GS TII" and he said that i would need the Accelerated Warm Up System.. would i need anything else? Im using USDM wiring harness and USDM n370 ECU...
From my observations i found that the JDM engine doesnt have the (Air Supply Valve, Split Air Solenoid Valve, Port Air Solenoid Valve, Accelerated Warm-up System) while the U.S engine has those. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! thankss

dude the main problem you are going to run into is the visual inspection. pretty much you will need to have at the very least an air pump and cat. but that will just get you past tail pipe. you can't have a non CARB approved intake. or a few other things.

honest your best chance is to find someone who is a car guy. the guy i took my TII to when i lived in Pasadena had a fixed up nova so he felt my pain and ignored the mods i had done.

good luck mate.

Only because I run a US spec engine.

The AWS is not going to functionally affect the smog test. The tech will likely only notice its missing if you have an S5 underhood vacuum diagram on the car.If the missing AWS causes a check engine light to go off, youll definately fail. Its not a critical code since its a less important item on the engine, but a MIL illumination of any kind during a smog test,is a failure.
The air injection routing system is a more immediate problem. If the air pump's output isnt routed correctly during engine operation, then the HC output is not going to get low enough to pass CA standards.Since J-spec smog standards are not as strict,it would make sense why the port air and split air systems are not present (in addition to the precat being absent).
As I said in my PM.....Using J-spec engines is fine if you only utilize the block and transfer all the US spec ancillaries to it......meaning intake manifold, rats nest,ACV,ect. Trying to retro-fit a full J-spec engine to meet US standards, let alone CA standards,is going to be a pain.
