KY S4 swap wiring?

Hey guys im about to do an S4 13B swap and i was wanting to know do i have to run the harness for everything or just the engine because i would really like to keep everything but the engine harness in place.

the stock ECU is a bit of a PITA. most of the wires are in the FC engine harness, which is easy, it just needs a couple of powers and grounds.

however, the PITA part is the bunch of wires that go thru the BODY harness on the FC, like the ignition.
