I got a sixth one that RUNS! Lost one to a terminal case of Iron Oxide. So I still have four. Babysitting a '74 Rx-4 wagon.

im 30, got a 80, 85 and 88 vert I had a 82 and an 83 here I was working on but the owners bailed out on the cost and said keep 'em. I had to junk them tho, cuz the neighbors were bitching...

 

I'm 38 and bought my first 1st Gen YESTERDAY! My first car was a 1976 Cosmo. What a great car! I always wanted a rotory Mazda again and now it's in my driveway. I can't wait to mod it out!

jesus.... I didn't even notice that I posted on this thread. I guess last nov was a long time ago.

 

I've owned 30 cars in my 30 years. The most i've ever paid for one was $1500. That was a '65 Chevelle Malibu SS. Currently driving '88 5.0 Mustang. Shitbox yes, but a fast shitbox. Girlfriend has an '84 GSL purchased new, actually ordered to her specifications. (at/ps/leather/sunroof/ac/who knows what) It's always garaged and the paint gleams like new. That's why I'm here. I kinda volunteered my skills to keep it going. Other than what I've done, it's been serviced exclusively by the dealer. I couldn't wait to get under the hood and play with a rotary engine.

 

I proudly turn the Standard ov "Eldest Brother" over to Paul Fitzwarrye who lives Down Under in the Outback, and is 67 years young! Keep on Keepin' on, mate! Born in March? What date?

18 over here, got my 1983 GSL around october/november, and am very glad I did.
Just wish I had more funds and time to spend on her =]

 

18-years-old here. Just bought my first gen this morning actually. $350 for an S model with 170,000 miles. I had to tow the car home because the clutch was toast, but I'm excited about my new project.

32. Owned my 7 since I was a senior in High School. Can't ever imagine getting rid of it. Dad wanted to buy me a new Hyundai, instead I got the Rx-7. Looks a little different now than it did in 1988.
