rx7 falls on its face when i hit the gas...

Ok, so I fixed my huge vacuum leak, my idle is where it is supposed to be and steady, my timing is spot on. However, whenever I hit the gas pedal, she bogs down terribly sometimes to the point of stalling. Any ideas are welcome.

Accel pump test is; remove air cleaner, have someone hit gas for you; look for spray of fuel from the pump nozzles inside the primary bores.

The accelerator pump is functioning correctly, I can replace my filter on payday. However, I don't believe I have to because I had a clear inline filter under the hood and the gas in there was clear. The Air/fuel screw has to be really far out for it to idle correcly, is that really lean or really rich? My next steps, i think, will be a fuel pump volume test and pressure test. I'm running out of options, I may haveto face the idea of getting a new (old) carb...

The screw being that far out means it's trying to run lean. Vacuum leak, maybe?

If it were a vacuum leak, wouldn't I have to adjust the air/fuel screw to richer than normal? I am suspecting too high of fuel pressure, I will test this tonight by disconnecting the fuel pump then revving. It seems more like it's drowning than being too thirsty. I will also throw the vacuum guage on it to try to rule that out.
