They are doing Project SA. Dont think they highlight a 1st gen every month but they do have very good articles about the rotary history and other tech related articles. Very much worth the money if you ask me.

They alternate and have a 1st gen every 1 - 3 months, But they also do pre rx-7 cars, Boats, planes, Engine transplants.

Well worth the money.

Theres no forum anymore, because most people are not happy. No forum to voice ones negative opinions, means more sales for the less informed. Dont get me wrong I like the magazine alot, its just the cutomer service thats greatly lacking.

I never checked out this magazine. Am I missing anything good? I guess what I'm asking is with all the articles and write-ups I've done, would I make a good writer for that publication? Is my material on par with theres? Better? Worse? Thanks.

I like RX Tuner a lot. Good articles, covering everything Rotary.

I think most of your write-ups are as good as the ones in the magazine, occasionally better.

Personally I think it would be a great idea for you to submit some articles.

Contact them with your DLIFDIS and 2GDFIS writeups with pics. I'm sure they'd be interested Jeff. Plus, they did a 2 part writeup on RC Drift cars. Very cool. And they did have an issue entitled "20 pages of 20B" So you might wanna get that back issue.

Actually, I think most of your stuff is at least as good as what you get in the magazine. And your use of words would fit right in ("Is my material on par with theres?" should have been "Is my material on par with theirs?". I'm just blowing you smoke on that one, but I expect a magazine I pay for to use words properly). I like the magazine since it's about rotaries, but overall I have to say it's a little lame. I like the new "Rotor Talk" column...those guys seem to know what they're talking about. I think you could make some really nice contributions!

Just my $0.02.

Rich

There was one here when they first started, Then they got their own Site and Forum so they made a link to it from this site. Then That big blow up happened and the link was removed.

The same guys that do Rx-tuner, own this site, rx-8 club.com, mazda6 club.

Ah, you're right! I'm usually ok with homonyms, but every 'ones' in a while...

I think the transistor trick for 2GCDFIS, if I can get it to work, would be perfect for that magazine; I just need the right motivation in order to want to contribute. It's one of those out of sight, out of mind type things with me since I don't have the magazine here to look at. Is the magazine really worth it? Can't I get my fill on forums instead? I usually don't require reading material in the jon (john? lol).

By the way, how is their use of its vs it's and other general apostrophe usage? I always find it comical when a college graduate can't even use apostrophes correctly.

Ryan is always asking for articles to be sent in. Send them an email with what you want to do and see what they say.
