I've been looking for a 7 to mould into a daily driver, and I got a couple bucks in my pocket....check your pm's.

btw, nice car, I really like what you did with the wheels - did a similar thing to my spare set of stock crosses.

Ultralights,
We didn't have the option of backseats in the states - they are pretty rare over here.

Where is the back seat????? or dont they have them in US delivered models?
That's alright, mate, I didn't know they delivered them with backseats in Australia! No, they didn't come with backseats in the States. But I remember an aftermarket mod that added them - suitable for small children or dwarfs only.

BTW - spent a week in Sydney in '70. Loved it and the people! Don't 'spose u were around then were you?

The paint job cost $2800 , but that included body work to repair hail damage suffered when we forgot to "duck" one time. The hood, roof, and aluminum louvers were pretty beat up. All door jams, hatch and sunroof channels were painted. The color is 2001 Ford Laser Red Metallic with two coats of Red Pearl before the clearcoat. It changes from "hot rose" to "golden burgundy" depending on lighting and angle of sun.

And, I might as well throw a plug in here, it was painted at Rick's Custom Shop here in Abilene, TX
