RX-7 parked on inclining driveway
Would there be any risk to engine damage if the RX-7 (1979) is normally parked on an incline? I always use the choke-procedure on startup no matter what, but if the car is at rest on a slight incline and then is started up cold in the morning, is there any risk to damaging the rotors or the engine?
Just curious.

Cold start causes the fastest wear on any combustion engine. A slight incline should not make much, if any, difference. It would have to be a pretty steep incline and low on oil before I would start worrying about it.
Ive been wondering the same thing. If my 85 SE is in the driveway (slight incline) I have to give it a little xtra gas to get it to hold an idle. In the street on a cold start it fires right up and hold idle with no extra gas. Now, I let it drift into the street before trying to start it, it seems to appreciate it.
