RX-7 Finale...

Anyone own or ever seen an RX-7 Finale?
I've only ever seen one down here in Aus.
Supposedly they only came out in yellow and were the last 1st gen made or something like that. Anyone got any info?

i think the 79's were offered in a yellow, but that is the only one that i have seen with yellow as a stock color.

was there anything special about them?

yeah, i'm pretty sure we had 83's & 84's that came out in yellow.

I'm not really sure if there was anything special about them. I saw a Finale emblem on the side pillar, & the car had a pretty good body kit - not sure if it was factory or aftermarket.

Yeah, that Spirit R looks beautiful. Hopefully we get a few imported down here. Hell, we get every other car from Japan...
