a styling exercise - what if RX-8 styling were applied to a 2 seater the size of a 1st gen RX-7?

Here I thought this would be a "put a renesis in your 7" thread. I have to bail to my brother's 2nd wedding, so I can't add my pshop opinions... I'll put it on my "to do over the holiday" list

The funny thing is the RX-8 has far larger wheels. I stuck with stock sizes on these renditions as I feel it suits the car better.
Bigger wheels mean a higher driveline, higher center of gravity, etc.

I like my pop-up headlights. I don't ever want them removed from any RX-7 I own. If I purchased one without the pop-up headlights then I would have to convert it back.

Thanks for sharing your sketch's Manntis, keep 'em coming. It would be sooooo cool if Mazda designed a new 7 with similar design elements as the 1st Gen.
