Rusted out gas tank - Any fixes?

Hey all,

My gas tank got rusted out from sitting in a barn for 20 or so years. I'm wondering how to clean it out.

I did some research on how to clean out a gas tank, and I saw that pouring vinegar was an option. I have about 2-3 gallons of 5% vinegar.... Would that work on the 14 gallon tank? I feel like the dilution would make the vinegar ineffective.

Also, I think there's something about resealing the tank? I'm not too familiar with cars so I'm not exactly sure how I would go about doing this. The tank doesn't have any bolts or anything to split it in half.

All help is appreciated.
