Does anyone have any good ideas of how to repair or fill or cover holes rusted through fender tops , door panels and the wheel arches on rear sides. I dont weld and I think if that was tried the car would just fall away.Front fenders can be replaced if they can be found. Yeah Right ! At this point I am receptive to any ideas except JUNK IT. Thanks, I Know rust never sleeps.

 

I've only seen two things done with bug rust spots.

1) Cut out the rust and reweld the spots
2) Cut out the spots and patch with fiberglass and Bondo

If I were you and didn't know how to weld, I'd have the spots welded professionally.
