It Runs! It runs!

I finally got my car going...

well I guess I can't say finally, since the swap did only take 1 week to do it. The time I swapped the 13b FI in was much more of a pain in the ****.

But now it runs!

I wanted to take it out for a good rip around town but the exhaust is sinfuly loud right now, if I get above 4k it would not be good. And the Oakland PD gave me a funny look when they drove by me. I'll get the exhaust leak fixed tomorrow.

you gotta love that brap brap brap.... heavenly

Thanks!

No pics at the moment...

I was gonna put up a video or some pics but I'll have to do that later.... tomorrow after I get the exhaust done.

the worst part....

this time is was getting the trans to mate to the engine. Doing that alone can be a bitch sometimes. It took me forever but I got it done. that and having to redo the water pump a few time cause of a leak.

I went with a trans I had from my SA, took a little cutting but it fits

congrats man!

i would suggest putting in a bunch of straight through mufflers if you are running a header. it'll work out best in flow and sound. since these cars are so small its kind of difficult. may i suggest magnaflow?

party on

I've got an RB muffler, and a cat.... I had to put the cat in for smog, but I should drop the POS.

Thanks for suggestion!
