I am guessing it's a GS with ans SE suspension swap?

The Upper Radiator hose is just a sleeve that goes over the original rubber?

I thought you were going E6K? - for boost later anyways?

That interior is MINT.

Enjoy your sleeper.

Sorry I havent had a chance to respond, Comcast (my ISP) got hit really hard by that worm virus going around.

Team Go Fast: The car is in fact a GS, not a GSL-SE. I just swapped the suspension over from the GSL-SE. Let me tell you that new suspension has some serious stopping power. A/C is not hooked up yet, thats on my list of things to do.

Jimmy54: the reason the idle is at 1500, is because the engine was a rebuild with used rotor housings, and as a result the engine really has to break in before it will idle right.

RMD: I actually have to get an emissions test in about a month or so, so it will be interesting to see how that will come out.

FB II: Raced anyone? LOL, I havent even given the six ports a chance to open up yet. You know the break in rule, under 4K for the first 1000 miles. I fully intend on taking it to the track soon after.

Rotor 13b & Fatboy7: I have spoken of doing a wirte up for the wiring, and I still intend to do that, and I may even make a write up for the whole swap. However, I may end up having to post that as a work document, as that would be one long *** post.

AdrenalifeRX7: Youd be suprised, how hot it gets here in july. We just went through 3 weeks of 90 degree plus weather. I'd have shot my self if I didnt keep the A/C. As for the hoses, they are the real deal not the little sleaving kits you can buy. The hoses are made by specter, and although I got them at my local performance shop, they are available from summit racing. The hose was pretty straight forward to install, wrap in electrical tape, and cut to length, trim the spring inside and put a little lube of the flanges, and wala!

Directfreak: Yep it sure is a GS, none of those options for me! As said above the radiatr hose is not the sleeved stuff but the real deal. I had to get some custom hose because the angles that the S5 water pump comes out of are very different from anything earlier. As for the ECU, I never intended on going with a E6K, but I do plan to put one in eventually. As for boost, that will for my next FB...

huh, interesting..... I didn't have any problems with the upper radiator hose on my S5 13BT. The lower one isn't a pretty - it was somewhat contorted to fit .

yeah the lower one is mainly the one I'm talking about. The reason is beacause of how far the electric OMP sticks out requires the lower outlet to be bent much further than everything before it. Plus my old top one wasnt pretty, it was soft as hell.
