my dash lights went out, so i switched out the column levers, no joy. i checked the bulbs. they are good too. i checked the dimmer switch out. i tried to bypass it by cutting the two red wires going to it and connecting them. after that. ALL THE LIGHTS WENT OUT. before i did that, i had running lights, headlight, and the clock lights in my '85 rx7 12A. only the dash lights and the climate control lights dint work. now the only thing working is the headlights (thank God) i checked all the fuses, and they are all good. What gives!?!?!?!? any help would be greatly appreciated

 

i read something about automatic trans wiring that SHOULD NOT be hooked up. i unhooked them and nothing happened. I hooked everything up exactly the way it went back together and everythings still out. somebody help me!!!
