Rubbing Front Left Wheel

I get a really loud rub/scraping sound when I turn right or hit a bump. From some slight damage i see to the fender, I think that the front left wheel is rubbing on the fender. Is this a problem with the suspension, shocks, springs, or something else not that obvious? The car is an 85 GSLSE with pretty much stock tires/wheels. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the fender loose? You said from slight damage to the fender, did you hit the fender?

No, fender is secure, the damage is from the tire rubbing on it forcing the lip to bend up.
