Rotary in a Rotary???

Now before you hack me to bits, I want to let you know that I do not know that much about rotary engines, hence the following question.

I was doing some reading and I came across the Veselvosky rotary engine. Its like the Wankel, but has an Oval revolving in an Elipse. This made me wonder if it is posible to put a velovsky engine, inside the rotors of a Wankel engine?

I am not sure why you would want to do this, but if its posible I would try it. I don't think it would be because, I don't see a way of lighting sparkplugs, or geting fuel/air mixtures in and out of the rotor.

More imput is great, I had no idea ware elce to put this.

Think about it Ted.
