Rotary aviations omp

Ok I was looking into the idea of this. Question is, with this pump how does it determine how much oil to let into the carb? With the factory one it's has linkage to let in more oil as you give it more gas ( at least that's how I assumed it worked). This one looks like just a pump so does it just pump more as you rev higher?

The Rotary Aviation part is an adapter that installs between the engine and the stock omp. The stock linkage still goes to the omp so the amount of oil is regulated the same, the only difference is the source of the oil.
