I've actually owned a RB muffler (currently) and a rotaflow (previously), both on 12a stock engines. The Rotaflow seemed a touch louder than the RB.
I believe the Rotaflows have a good reputation here in Australia, they are steel packed and are on most normally aspirated rotors in this neck of the woods. (and have been for years).
