ROTA RB Wheels

has anyone bought the Rota RB wheels for there fb/sa ?
do you use them for race wheels or just street ?
do they have steel nutserts for the bolt hole or are they all aluminum?
what size/ offset wheel did you perchase?
what size tire was used ? and finally do you run stock suspension or coilover fronts?
I was looking at either a set of 15"x7" 15"x8" staggered set or 15"x7" all the way around. I was looking for a set of wheels for trackday/hpde evnts and was wondering about the strength of the wheel, will it hold up to continual track use/abuse.

I just put on a staggered set (15x7 front 15x8 back) and I LOVE THEM!!!!!!! I'm currently running stock suspension but you could probably easily go with 1 inch lowed springs cause mine have sagged over the years. But iIdid have to roll the fenders very mildly just in the back with a wooden bat. Just a 6 to 8 inch section was rubbing slightly on bigger bumps and it seriously was no more than a 10 minute job at rolling the fenders and theres no more rubbing. My tires are Kumho escta or something like that and the size is 125 50 r15 in the back and 105 50 r15 in the front.
And yes they're all aluminum and I would suggest using the 79-80 long studs as I did just to be on the safe side, there's not as much thread sticking out as with the stock wheels with the original lugs on my 82.
I got my rota's from 18racing in California and they have a store on ebay. They already have your ofset ready for this particular car, mine fit RIGHT ON! The only problem was they don't rest on the center hub like stocks do, the center on the rotas are larger probably so the blank wheels will be drill to any bolt pattern and the centers will fit on any car. But they centered and work fine.
I also think these are actually a little heavier than stock wheels, mostly because stocks are tiny 13's.
I LOVE THESE WHEELS!!!!!

we've run the RB's on the race car for 2 seasons. we've been in a couple of accidents, and bent a couple of rims, but hey they are CHEAP and look really great.

they are all aluminum, the center bore is finished like the spec says, so there is no additional centering ring.

Rota sponsors us, so i get a good deal on these, we're local to the wherehouse too

Wow! Those look really good! I've seen these on eBay for a while, and was worried about the width/offset. I don't like the way the Konig Rewinds look, so these are a great alternative.

Those are nice looking rims, actually. Old-school enough to fit the car, clean and modern enough to be easy to care for.

Thanks for the replies. I was going to use them for my trackday wheels.
I am using Panasports 13x7 with cantalivered wheels for the solo setup but I would go thru to many tire and the short side wall makes the gearing to low.
