do you know who manufactures them? how wide are the tires currently on the wheels, or do you know the width in inches of the wheels?

i currently have cash set aside fo a set of wheels, so this is a serious inquiry.

 

i want/need $200 for em. i believe there 7 inches wide..but ill have to get back to you on that to be sure. one tire is flat. but they all still have maybe 50% life left.
