Unhappy rims and carbs

first rims: i would like some black rim but what size should i go with. I have a 80 rx7. Now for carb what would be the best for street racing and everday driving.
Maybe a few times to the track. The exhaust is a racebeat header with 2.5" pipe back to a 3" can muffler.
I don't know what has been done to the motor but it does not seem to be stock. The factory carb sucks.
Any help would be thankful.
