It should bolt right up. They're both 240 or 235mm (close enough, you'll see what I mean). Yes pull vs push, but it should bolt up just fine. Wait for others to confirm this before you spend any money.

On my FD engine I'm doing an RB aluminum flywheel, stock disc and SS p-plate. Already have the rear counterweight. Hmm, isn't the counterweight the same from S5 to Cosmo (13B) to FD? PercentSevenC's car and mine both have the lightest flywheels you could get (8 and 7.5 pounds respectively, weighed without counterweight) and we like them fine.
