I stripped out the passenger side hatch strut, lost the parts, and don't know where to find replacements. I pretty much need the whole assembly that fastens through the hole in the glass. Also where can I find a strut that matches the rear wiper strut?

 

are u talking about the rear glass the gas shocks that keep that thig up??

 

you can buy it at a MAZDA DEALER... but you can get rid of the wiper and put a regular strut... just go to a junkyard and get 2 of the black circular things that covers the hole and put it where the wiper use to be... saves weight and no more hassle...

 

if you want to get rid of the wiper and cant find the caps get a non wiper hatch glass from a junk yard. and the hatch struts i see on ebay all the time.
