removing and re-installing power steering--NEED HELP!!
I bought a GSL ( parts car) that has the power steering and it looks good (no leaks or damage).. I want to remove all of it and install it in my GSL-SE.. Has anyone done this before? Will it go into my gsl-se??Is it a real pain in the as- ? I have no idea what is involved.. I want to tackle this myself ... Can someone give me some pointers and /or reference material --web sites to go to for "how to".. Thanks so much... I look forward to any and all comments... and by the way..after I swich it out, the gsl will be for sale. I only want the power steering... I will give the car away for someone who will help me put the power steering in my car!! I am in Winston-Salem NC about 2.0 hrs west of Raleigh.....cjf

There is a line drawing in the FSM of the power steering system, that shows everything you need. Is it difficult, not really. Hardest part may be seperating the pitman arm from the center link and mounting the pump to the engine.. I added ps to the widebody, used everything off of another body, including the steering column.
I think there may be a writeup on the swap. Have you checked the archives?
