Removing Engine Tranny Bolts

Im trying to pull my engine and cant remove the bolts that connect the engine and transmission together they're super stuck and I dont want to strip them. What have you guys done to get them off?

Just pull the trans also and remove it out of the car.

thats harder. They won't strip, I never had a bolt strip on the tranny to engine bolts. There is a nut on the top of the tranny to engine that is removed- you leave the bolt that is connected from the engine side. All the others get removed. Does that make sense?

the one that he is talkin about if its the same as my 84 SE its on top of the block and and it will have like a flat head on the oppistie end of the of the head of the bolt.

ideally an air gun would be amazing...or rent an engine crane and pull the whole thing and get the bolts out while its sitting on the ground

Pull the engine and tranny together. In the long run it's easier and simpler, especially when it comes to installation, you won't have to fight lining up the tranny and dicking around with the bolts that won't come out now.
