Removing driveshaft question.

I have removed the rearend and all linkage, how do I get the driveshaft out so I can pull the engine and transmission?

It's a splined yolk. No bolts, cotters, split rings, etc. Just pull.

The driveshaft HAS to slide in the transmission order for the rear suspension to be able to move.

It is entirely oil lubricated inside the trans.

If you're telling us that the driveshaft is frozen to the transmission, then both the driveshaft and transmission are garbage. Note I have never once ever heard of a driveshaft siezing to the transmission, in *any* kind of car. Even junk sitting in a swamp for a decade or two.
