what i like to do is grind the lip off of the bracket around the bottom bolt that prevents me from getting a box end wrench on the bolt. i always use a littel map gas and heat the surrounding area around the bolt to expand the area and help loosen teh bolt.

I like to stack to box wrenches together for leverage to get stuck bolts. and PB blaster is the ****.

I went and bought a cheapo 14mm wrench and then ground it down to half of it's original thickness on my bench grinder. Now, it is just thin enough to fit between the bracket and the bolt head. I can sneak it in there and get that bolt loose, then get the wrench back out. I save it in my tool box specifically for that one bolt, but I have found it to be quite handy for a number of other things as well.
