Smile removed and a/c and put tII alt in(pics)

well i put in the new tII alternator, required no mods. bolted right in. i removed the a/c and everything i could find under the hood to do with it. next step is to remove the rats nest, wish me luck.

goto the removing stuff section since it isnt up yet, webshots takes a half an hour to update crap.

oh yeah, should i just use ordinary plumbing pipe caps to cap off the lines running to the inside for the ac? the old stuff is in perfect shape, just needed a recharge so im saving it all for my next rx-7 because its only a matter of time til i get another . anything not in the pics that i should take out as well?

about the rats nest removal, where can i get some vacuum caps to plug up the stuff and should i make my own air pump block off plate or buy the one from mazdatrix i keep hearing about. is it item j here : http://www.mazdatrix.com/e7.htm ? thanks for the advice on any of these q's

I didn't pick up the "+" sign - the picture is a little blurry.
I knew it had to be for the battery though, it IS a red post. I thought it might be for a stereo hook-up.

Where do you get a part like that?

I have to relocate my optima to the rear soon, and never considered the problems of jump-starting, etc. I guess it would be a pain to do it in the rear bin.
