the carter i am ordering has 1/4" fittings; all the holley regulators are 3/8 fittings... how would this setup work?

 

you have to buy new fittings for the carter fuel pump. they are cheap and available at most hardware stores.

no, i wouldn't order them from summit, i picked up some from the local hardware store for cheap. you might want a couple with 45 degree bends in them depending on how you mount it (i did).

btw, try any hydraulic specialists in your area. they will most likely have everything you would need... including extra 3/8" hose.
