The richer solenoid unscrews.
Are you speaking of the bowl vent soleniod valve seat? If so, to remove it you first have to remove the little nipple on the side of the horn (where the emissions hose hooks up), its pressed in. I use pliers to grab it and twist it back and forth while pulling it out. Then the seat ( big brass fitting) will come out. It is also pressed in and the nipple goes into the side of it securing it. If you want to know how I know, first time I pulled mine out it was a bitch, till I sheared off the end of the little nipple that was holding it in!

You got the 90 degree elbow out? If so then the brass fitting will come out. It's pressed in and takes persuasion to remove it. I held mine with vise grips and twisted back and forth while smacking the vise grips with a mallet.
