Rebuilding a 12A

Any good links on rebuilding a 12A? How do I know if the rotor housing are good (by that I mean where do I find the clearances?) What are the odds of being able to get away with new apex seals, gaskets, and bearings?

Get yourself a factory service manual. You'd be crazy to rebuild without one.
