rebuild? worth it?

I was just wanting to ask what the time would be to rebuild my 85' 13b. and if it would be worth it money and stress wise? that is considering that I have a fully built sj327sbc that could go in it's place if need be. I quess what I am realy getting at is, what would you do if in my position?

plus what is the aprox. cost to rebuild and home port my motor? oh and I would have to rebuild the tranny as well considering the mileage and the wear I have put on it...(170,000+)(track time)...what places could I get info from as well? I know Atkins is right near me but where else?

thanks for the help---ERik-

i would personally try to find another running rx-7 and put its engine in your car if it runs, and rebuild the one you have out, so you dont lose intrest in the car which happens to so many people
