Rebuild with questions on conditions

Hey All,

This is my first rotary rebuild, and I wanted some opinions on the condition of some parts. Here are the pics, what do you think?

Rotor Bearing Discoloration

Rear Stationary Gear Bearing

Rotor Housing Groove

E-Shaft Discoloration

From what I learned doing my rebuild.. any of the copper color showing through on the bearings means they need to be replaced. That rotor bearing looks shot, I would assume the stat gear ones would be too, I can't see it well enough in the pic.
The discoloration on the e-shaft is there from the factory, that's just from manufacturing.
Though the groove in the housing... as far as I know it shouldn't be there.. I'm sure someone else will chime in with an answer for that one

Hope I helped a bit!

Yeah it did thanks. There isnt any copper showing on the bearings, its just discoloration. I will probably replace them while its apart anyway.

e shaft is normal. rotor housing is normal, the corner of the apex seal does that. up to you weather its good or not, it actually looks nicer than most

those bearings look pretty tired, i'd be replacing them
