They can let you know exactly what you need and how much. If you can't find a housing in a yard, or from a friend (gsl-se addict said he had one), you're looking @ approximately $1500 to do it all yourself, if you can find the housing somewhere, then the rest should be around $1200.

think Brian is about right on the cost. I just rebuilt my -SE and I needed housings too. I got a set of used rotor housings in good condition from atkins for $200 a piece. You can also try http://www.atlantarx7.com. They sell used rx-7 parts. They have housings for $125 a piece, but I have not bought from them and I am unsure what condition their parts are in. So here is a run down of the things you may need:

Rotor housings ~$125 to $200 a piece used, ~$350 new
possibly a rotor if yours is damaged
hard seal kit (apex seals, springs, etc.) ~$440 or so
soft seal kit ~$100 or so

plus any upgrades you may wish to do, porting, high volume oil pump, upgraded oil pressure regulator, etc. The rebuild process is not very difficult. You should be able to handle it with out many problems. You may also want to consider a 13b swap depending on time, budget, and what you want out of your car in the long term.

Hope this helps.
