rear wheel versus flywheek horse power

Does anyone have accurate data betwen dyno readings of flywheel and rear wheel horsepower on the same engine?

The only figure I have found is that on a RX-7 5 speed the loss of power to the wheels is 17%. This implies 83rwHp on a stock 12a. I have not been able to source this data.
