rear wheel versus flywheek horse power
Does anyone have accurate data betwen dyno readings of flywheel and rear wheel horsepower on the same engine?
The only figure I have found is that on a RX-7 5 speed the loss of power to the wheels is 17%. This implies 83rwHp on a stock 12a. I have not been able to source this data.

no way.. there's no way that the FB did 101 at the rear wheels stock. My '92 Civic EX beat my friend's '85 RX-7 GS and his car is hundreds of pounds lighter. If he had 101 at the wheels, he'd be pushing probably 130 at the flywheel. I'm pretty sure it's flywheel horsepower.

A completely bone stock GSL-SE will test out at 101 hp to the rear wheels. I tested one side by side with my own lightly modded SE (before turbo).
Here's a dyno chart for a GSL-SE with a RB dual exhaust, stuck 6PI actuators, e-fan and no emissions.
